Returning Your Chip

Are you are a recent participant of an event which was timed by Race Headquarters, still have your ChampionChip and would like to return it? Or perhaps you signed up for an event and were unable to participate.

First let us know via email to chips@raceheadquarters.com

Then please mail it in a padded envelope marked 'HANDSORT' to this address:

Generally timing chips are collected by volunteers at the finish line of a race. All events are then given a 30 day period in which to collect any other outstanding ChampionChips before deposits are processed.

We do not process any timing chip deposits without first contacting people and then allowing a reasonable amount of time for the chip to then be returned.
